Firestone Complete Auto Care

I asked for a front wheel alignment. I had 3 thing I wanted to see if the technician was going to catch it and They did not. 1.lower ball joint rubber was split on passenger side. 2. Noise coming from strut on driver's side when turning at idle.Noise was due to hitting a pot hole on interstate bridge. Main reason for wheel alignment? 3. Air pressure light was on due to low air on front tires?? These 3 items did not catch their eye when doing alignment? Also when I came in I told the Rep that they had put me down for a full AC evac, when I ONLY asked for Freon added to the system? So I was over charged for a service I did not need. I knew my system did not have leaks and that was why I asked for freon only. IF your service center could not have done what I asked for tell the customer and I can take it to a shop that will do what I ask for. Charged over $300 for that service??

I had an appt for a Friday at 5pm. Got a call that they were behind and wanted to reschedule to the next day. No sweat. Reset the appt for 8:30am the next day, but got a text that the appt was for 8am so showed up at 7:55am. At this point I was told, again, they were super behind. Rescheduled to 2pm. Showed up on time and it took THREE HOURS for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. The staff member made an effort to right the wrong with a discount. I appreciate the hard work of the attendant and understand it was a staffing issue, but, for me, this whole series of events was far too inconvenient.

I came needing a tire put on the rim. I had a blowout and care was on side of the road. I explained this to the gentleman. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Unbelievable, quicker than going through the drive through at McDonald's. Again Unbelievable. I definitely will not hesitate to return for future service and highly recommended. This is for the store on East have Parkway.

Had a really good experience at Firestone today. They got me in quickly, figured out what was going on with my AC, and got everything taken care of without any hassle. The whole process was smooth and I wasn’t sitting there waiting forever. Trinity helped me and was very helpful and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain what was going on with my car and made sure everything was handled. I really appreciated that. Overall just a great experience and great service. I definitely appreciate the help today.

Went online to schedule two tires. Matched them in two seconds online with Trinity. Got me down to a decent price for the tire installation. Plus, I got the protection for life which is much cheaper than any fix it place these days. Got right in to my appointment two minutes early. I walked to get something to eat down the street. Got the call for extra services, standard stuff. Didn't pressure me, which was good. Could have changed the oil anf replaced the stripped and stuck drain plug. But I needed to go quickly so they replaced the tires in minutes. Got back to the store and sat for a couple minutes more and Mesha checked me out and that was that. Steady communication on my texts the whole time too. Well don't expect $65 tires but these better last another 55-75k miles.
